I know it’s called “Lè Beach Shack” but it isn’t very “shacky”. It should be called “Le Flash”. Super comfortable and exactly as descibed. It was a great place to stay with my family.

Free WiFi, Netflix & Disney Plus
We provide highspeed internet to all our guests. The 75″ smart TV also has a number of streaming services available, including Netflix, Disney Plus, and Plex.
Off Street Parking
Plenty of parking is available off street, along with additional street parking if required.
Bedroom Comforts
Both bedrooms offer luxury bedding and air conditioning for those hot or cold nights with spare pillows and blankets provided.
Dishwasher
No one wants to be on holiday and washing dishes right? A dishwasher is available for your comfort to ease the burden slightly.
Washer & Dryer
We have a dedicated laundry with washing machine and dryer available for use with washing detergent provided and a clothesline.
Fireplace and Firepit
Whether keeping warm inside, or creating a mood or toasting marshmallows by the beach, we have you covered.
Computer Station
Working from home and need to log on to check emails? There is a dedicated work table where you can easily set up and do your work (then close your laptop and get back to the beach!).
Kitchen
You have access to a full kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, tea and coffee facilities and all cutlery and crockery provided.
Coffee Maker
A Nespresso coffee machine is availble for use with a small number of coffee pods provided.

We can also provide some items that may be of assistance or fun during your stay (and save you from having to pack them in the car). These include:
- Stand up paddle board
- Kids boogie boards
- Inflatable jumping castle/water slide.
- Fire pit
- Sonos speaker with Spotify subscription.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 2pm on your day of arrival and checkout is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.
While Lé Beach Shack is professionally cleaned between guests, we respectfully request that you treat the Shack as your own and tidy up as best you can on departure and return any furniture which may have been moved back to its original place.
Cancellation Policy
Things happen; we get that- especially with three kids. When it looks like you might need to cancel we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
Shack Rules
We are not difficult hosts, we just ask that treat the space as you would treat your own space (assuming you’re relatively tidy) and everyone will be happy. That said, to provide clarity, we have provided some rules for guests to abide by which will be available upon booking.

Lè Beach Shack is ideally located on the Barrington Coast and surrounded by beautiful beaches, lush national parks, and historic towns.
Restaurants, Bars, Cafes and Take aways
Old Bar is home to a number of great food options. Below are some of our faves:
- Flow Bar – Flow Bar has a fantasic and well deserved reputation and is a short 400 metre walk from Lè Beach Shack. The food is great, and the bands are exceptional. In fact, did you know Flow Bar was voted by artists as one of the best live music venues in the world? Amazing!
- Sai Thai Table and Tea – This fantastic, capital city quality Thai restaurant is right in the middle of town.
- Buyi Cafe – If you love coffee you’ll love Buyi. Every morning you will see the large crowd huddled around this unassuming cafe which offers great coffee, along with some light food offerings.
Sight Seeing
Old Bar is surrounded by natural wonders well worth a visit. Saltwater National Park is only 8 minutes drive away, as is it’s spectacular tidal lagoon which is the perfect place to spend an afternoon with the kids. Ellenborough Falls, the largest single drop waterfall in NSW and one of the biggest in the Southern Hemisphere is only an hour drive away.

I was lucky enough to stay over and have sneak peek of the renovations happening at Le Beach Shack during this year’s Old Bar Beach Festival. One word- incredible! I walked through the front door and immediately felt relaxed. The house has been gorgeously styled, is immaculately clean and you could seriously not ask for a better location. The East facing master bedroom directly overlooks the beach which means that we woke to the most spectacular view of the sun rising over the water. After soaking up the view from under the blankets of the master bed, we literally walked out the back door onto the beach for the most peaceful and beautiful morning stroll. From there it was a quick and easy walk to the local cafe for a beautiful brekkie and then up to the Beach Festival which was so much fun! Spent the afternoon back at the shack, soaking up the sun by the water with a bottle of wine and great company. Highly, highly recommend. I am sure to be back.
We had the most beautiful few nights at Lé Beach Shack. The children loved the outdoor area, the beach right out the back and the beautiful fire pit! We had so much fun! A short drive to local restaurants and bars and we also spent time at the Saltwater Lagoon! Such a gorgeous holiday home! Had everything we needed and more!
Lè Beach Shack was exactly the weekend getaway I needed! Private, quiet, clean and immediate backyard access to the beautiful beach. I loved all of the little details. Slippers were left on the beds, there’s a backyard fire pit, a coffee machine in the kitchen and even an inflatable slide for the kids. Emma and Dan were quick to respond when booking my stay. The highlight of my stay was waking up to the beautiful sunrise over the beach from the stunning main bedroom. I will be returning with my children in the new year!
